In defense of fun and cool stuff in general, this is freaking ridiculous. Regulators, judges, and litigants with no sense of humor, tradition, or the faintest hint of a whiff of joie de vivre need to be called out as fun-sucking twits. No matter how technically correct their legal position might be.
