A blogger I've long admired, Warren Mayer at Coyote Blog, writes a nice post about a charity I have long admired, Teach for America. I had not thought to donate to TFA before, but will do so now (better to beat the looming cap on deductions for charitable contributions!).
My youngest son was just notified that he has been selected to work for Teach for America. He is happy, nervous, honored and excited. His Dad and family are happy for him.
