Our own disappointment in the "fiscal cliff" negotiations and media coverage thereof is that there has been almost no discussion of growth, the only sure path to prosperity for our children. This blog is first and foremost about growth and its enemies, so we deplore the tack of the "national conversation" toward shrinking-pie economics.
Anyway, there's that word again: It actually is possible to increase revenues to the government without raising the taxes themselves.
