Annals of poor marketing decisions: "Manatee Grey"

Even the most successful businesses can learn new lessons. For example, mega-retailer Target just learned not to describe a color choice for a baggy women's dress as "Manatee Grey."

  1. I would call it "Elephant Gray."

    In addition, a polo player on an elephant would make a nice logo on the front of the garment.

  2. If they were looking to capture the essence of the bagginess of their dress offering, they could have called it Shar Pei Grey....
