Washington's restaurants are doing what everybody else in that city does so well: Using the police power of government to crush the competition. Recognizing that some regulation of food trucks is necessary, under what theory other than rank protectionism ought they be banned from all of central Washington? High quality food at low prices? Say it ain't so!
Washington is a corrupt city, and not just in the big sense in which most Americans think of "Washington." The city government itself has been a teeming hive of scum and villainy for years, and this is just another example of it.
